Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us at support@glovikart.com before returning any items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
